SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Time:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
  • Other areas: 3-7 business days
  • Remote areas may take longer

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free shipping on orders over R800 (where available)

Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable courier services including The Courier Guy, Aramex, and PostNet to ensure your products arrive safely.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Ability to track your package through our courier partner's website
  • Estimated delivery date

DELIVERY ISSUES

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at theglowfixstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

PRODUCT CARE DURING SHIPPING

All beauty products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, extreme temperatures during shipping may affect some products. If you receive a product that appears compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during South African public holidays and peak shopping periods (Black Friday, December holidays).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future.
